- Processing and Delivery Times:

- Parcel Tampering and damaged products:

- Incorrect Address and Mobile Number:
4.1 Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete address and mobile number details during checkout. If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to an improper address or mobile number, the shipping fee will not be refundable.

5.1 If you receive an email or SMS notification indicating that your product has been delivered but you have not received the parcel, we request that you report this discrepancy to us within 24 hours.
